It was announced a few days ago on the Playstation Blog that Overcooked and What Remains of Edith Finch would be the free games this month. That said, today’s the day they are free to grab.
Overcooked is a definite must grab, as a game that proves hours of fun. In it, you will be frantically cooking up a storm with friends, as you toss ingredients around the kitchen and try to serve them to guests that will only wait around for so long. The game was created by Ghost Town Games and is honestly one of the best local multiplayer games you can play.
The next game on the roster is What Remains of Edith Finch and is a narrative driven game. In the game, you will explore your family home, and discover the multiple stories of the people who lived and died there. I’ve never played, but I’ve heard wonderful things about the game. Enough so that I’ve just hit the download button and will be trying it shortly.
Free games are always worth giving a try after all.
