The Walking Dead follows the exploits of survivors throughout the zombie apocalypse. During its initial run there were a few main characters and one of them was the badass known as Daryl Dixon. This man had survived many encounters with both the living and the dead and when the show came to a close everyone thought that was it for this character.

However, the folks over at AMC had other ideas and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon was born.

Spanning over the course of four seasons it follows the exploits of Daryl Dixon on the other side of the pond. In season one he wakes up on the shores of France with no recollection on how he had gotten there. As he makes his way inwards he finds himself caught up in a conflict between two sides with a child in the middle of this. The child named Laurent is believed to be a messiah for all mankind and he is charged with taking care of the boy. The second season follows up with the first however, we are also introduced to Carol who has been tracking her friend across the ocean. They eventually meet up and it feels like old times where the two of them are battling not only just the living but the dead as well. The third season takes place as they had a failed attempt at returning home and wound up in Spain. There they are dealing with a local warlord who is trying to inflict his will on the local populace. This season is filled with a lot of twists and turns and sets the stage for the fourth season which will be released sometime in 2026.

This set doesn’t just contain all three seasons of the show it also contains some amazing bonus features such as cast diaries and episode insiders. There is also a featurette called Show Me More: The Walking Dead Daryl Dixon as it goes into the details of the season. Last but not least there are panels from San Diego Comic Con 2024 and 2025 that you will be able to relive if you were there or experience them for the first time if you were not able to attend. And the quality of these shows are amazing as there are only four episodes per disc on this massive six disc set.
